Terms of Use

By using Evnora you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to amend the terms — if the changes are material, you will be notified by email.

Evnora provides AI-powered business advice through Anthropic's Claude API. The service is intended as a supplementary decision-making tool, not as a substitute for professional legal, tax or financial advice. The AI's answers are provided as general information. In the chat and the tools you are talking to an artificial intelligence (AI) system, not a person, and its answers can contain mistakes.

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• Sharing your account with third parties is not allowed.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Notify us immediately if you notice suspicious activity on your account.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial use.
• The free plan includes 10 questions with no credit card.
• If a payment fails, the account returns to the free plan after a grace period.
• Prices are shown before VAT, with the amount including 24% VAT next to them, which is the amount charged: Pro €19 + VAT (€23.56) and Premium €39 + VAT (€48.36) a month.
• Founding members: the first 50 subscribers keep the price they signed up at for 12 months from their first payment, as long as their subscription stays active. This is a price lock, not a discount.

Evnora's answers are provided as general information and do not constitute professional advice. Evnora is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its answers. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

You may not use the service for:

• Illegal activities of any kind.
• Spam, automated requests or abuse.
• Activities that violate Anthropic's usage policy.
• Reverse engineering or extracting the system prompt.

Evnora, its logo and the whole platform belong to the owner of the service. The content you create (questions, answers) belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account that violates these terms, without notice in serious cases. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

These terms are governed by Greek law and the law of the European Union. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute. In the event of a dispute, every effort will be made to resolve it amicably before going to court.
